Greetings from the sixth through eighth grade classroom!  Our days together are enjoyable, but quite busy.  The students in this room dive into challenging content areas as well as learn skills that will prepare and help them for the next level of education.  It is my hope that they will have a smooth transition from the time that they leave St. John to the time they enter high school.  Being active with God’s Word each day surely helps this take place!

Mr. Kevin Bode is a graduate of Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota with a degree in elementary education.  He intends to finish up his Masters program in church music in the summer of 2013.  He has been teaching at St. John since 2004 and serves as the school and church's Director of Music.
 
Kevin and his wife, Amber, are blessed with two daughters, Natalie and Autumn.
